FISH BAKED WITH POTATO & PRAWN MASALA

WHAT GOES IN

For fish

Medium sized fish – 2 nos (each 300 gms)
Ginger – 10 gms
Garlic – 5 gms
Green chilly – 10 gms
Lime juice – 5 ml
Salt – 5 gms

Filling

Boiled diced potatoes – 200 gms
Shelled prawn – 200 gms
Corainer leaves – chopped – 10 gms
Lime juice – 5 ml
White wine – 20 ml
Green chilly – chopped – 5 gms
Salt – 5 gms
Butter – 30 gms
Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn

HOW TO PREPARE

1. Slit and seperate the central bone of fish without damaging the structure. Wash and drain.
2. Make a mixture of remaining ingredients and smear over the fish.
3. Heat butter and saute onion and green chilly in it.
4. After 2 mts, add prawns and stir well with salt & pepper.
5. Put off fie and add potato and mix well. Add coriander leaves and white wine.
6. Fill the mixture on the fish and bake at 180.C for 30 minutes.
7. Brush with butter and serve hot.

Accompaniment : Salad & bread.
