- B2B Business Meetings: Facilitated structured dialogue between Indian producers and international buyers.
- Seafood Tasting Sessions offering curated seafood product samplings at the live kitchen.

National Skill Olympiad Finale
A standout moment: the inaugural National Skill Olympiad in Seafood Value Addition, a competition aimed at celebrating skilled professionals in the seafood processing sector. After preliminary rounds in Kochi and Visakhapatnam, four outstanding finalists—from Tuticorin, Malappuram, and Kakinada—contested in Chennai.
- Winner: Thanseer K R of Abad Foods (Kerala)
- Runners‑up: Second – Balamurugan I; Third – Sandya Rani Palaparthi; Fourth – D. Anitha.
Awards included cash prizes (INR 1,00,000 for first place) plus medals and certificates. The finale energized the expo and underscored MPEDA’s commitment to skill development in seafood value addition

The expo also featured international contributors like FAO GLOBEFISH, which led a technical session on global fisheries and aquaculture trade, sharing insights into market dynamics and export resilience trends.
