MPEDA organised the India Pavilion at Hall 1–3, Booth L02, facilitating participation of nine Indian seafood exporters. The pavilion showcased a diverse portfolio of high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood, with emphasis on value-added and export-ready products.

The pavilion was inaugurated by Mr. Nishi Kant Singh, Deputy Chief of Mission and Chargé d’Affaires, Embassy of India, Seoul. He interacted with Indian exhibitors and discussed avenues for expanding India’s seafood exports in the Korean and East Asian markets.

Live culinary demonstrations and product presentations enhanced buyer engagement and provided direct exposure to India’s processing capabilities and quality standards. The participation at BISFE 2025 enabled strengthened buyer–seller interactions, expanded trade linkages and reinforced India’s reputation as a reliable global seafood supplier.
