WHAT GOES IN
Seer /cod/ mullet/ breem slices – 600 gms
Onion crushed – 100 gms
Ginger crushed – 10 gms
Garlic crushed – 10 gms
Green chilly – slit – 15 gms
Salt – 1 tspn
Lime juice – 10 ml
Thick coconut milk – 100 ml
Thin coconut milk – 400 ml
Cumin powder – 1 tspn
Butter – 50 gms
Coriander leaves – 10 gms
HOW TO PREPARE
1. Wash, drain and marinate the fish with salt, lime juice and green masala.
2. Heat butter in a pan and saute onion ginger, garlic and green chilly.
3. Add fish, salt, lime juice, cumin powder and boil with the second extract of coconut milk.
4. Now pour the first extract and remove from fire.
5. Prepare the tempering and pour over fish.
Accompaniment : Rice and bread.
