Squid Vegetable Salad

Here’s the recipe.

What goes in:
Fish
Squid body (medium) – 4 nos.
Prawns shelled – 150 gms
Ginger paste – 5 gms
Green chilly paste – 5 gms
Garlic paste – 5 gms
Coriander leaf paste – 10 gms
Salt – 1 tspn
Vinegar – 10 ml
Egg – 1/2 nos.

Salad

Cucumber – 100 gms
Small cabbage – 200 gms
Tomato – 200 gms
Onion -100 gms
Radish – 100 gms
Coriander leaves – 4 sprigs
Lime juice – 15 ml
Pepper powder – 1/2 tspn
Garam masala – 1/2 tspn

How to prepare:

  1. Clean and wash squid. Add salt and little vinegar.
  2. Marinate prawns with green spices, salt and lime.
  3. Mix egg to the prawn and stuff inside the prawns.
  4. Seal the mouth and shallow fry in oil until the fish has cooked well. Cool.
  5. Slice into 1″ pieces.
  6. Prepare the vegetables for salad into edible size and toss with the seasoning.
  7. In a fish plate, arrange the squid pieces.

Accompaniment : Salad and herb sauce.
Cooking time : 45 mts.
