PRAWN MASALA (Kerala)

What goes in:

Coconut Oil: 3 tbspn
Black Mustard Seeds: 1 tbspn
Onion Chopped: Half cup
Dried red chilli: 1 no.
Green chilli: 1 no.
Ginger: One and a half tspn
Garlic Cloves: One and a half tbspn
Curry leaves: 10 sprigs
Chilli Powder: Two and a half tbspn
Turmeric: 1 tspn
Coriander Powder: One and a half tspn
Coconut Milk: 2 tbspn
Prawns: 150 gm

How to prepare:

1. In a work or medium size pan, heat oil and toss in black mustard seeds until they crackle. Stir in items. Add chilli powder and tomatoes chopped. Add prawns, cover wok and heat for two minutes. Stir Coconut milk and heat. Garnish with dried leaves
