GRILLED FISH WITH GRAPE SAUCE

What goes in:

Tuna slices(8 nos.)-600 gms
Salt-1tspn
Pepper powder-1/2 tspn
Red wine-50 ml
Oil-30 ml

Sauce:

Black/brown grapes(blanched) -200 gms
Grape juice-200ml
Butter-30gms
Salt-1/2 tspn
Vinegar-10ml
Chat masala-1/2tspn
Gin-30 ml

Salad:

Lettuce leaves-200 gms
Sprouted pulses-100 gms
Lemon dressing-50 ml

How to prepare:

1. Marinate fish with the given ingredients.
2. Heat grill and cook fish on it until the grill mark forms on both sides. Glaze with oil.
3. Heat butter and add rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame.
4. Flambe with gin.
5. Toss the salad ingredients.
6. Serve as shown in the picture.
