SHALLOW FRIED PRAWNS

What goes in:

Medium sized prawns(shelled but with tail intact): 500 gms
Salt : 1 tspn
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tspn
Oil : 30 ml
Garam Masala : 1/2 tspn
Lime Juice : 10 ml
Butter : 50 gms

How to prepare:

1. Retain the shape of prawns by pricking it with a tooth pick, to have the tail projecting out.

2. Marinate with seasoning and spices.

3. Shallow fry in butter until the prawns have cooked.

4. Arrange in a large plate.

Accompaniment : Tomato pulao
Cooking time : 60 mts
