{"id":905,"date":"2022-05-17T09:38:42","date_gmt":"2022-05-17T09:38:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=905"},"modified":"2022-06-01T09:58:11","modified_gmt":"2022-06-01T09:58:11","slug":"squid-vegetable-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=905","title":{"rendered":"Squid Vegetable Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s the recipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What goes in:<br>Fish<br>Squid body (medium) &#8211; 4 nos.<br>Prawns shelled &#8211; 150 gms<br>Ginger paste &#8211; 5 gms<br>Green chilly paste &#8211; 5 gms<br>Garlic paste &#8211; 5 gms<br>Coriander leaf paste &#8211; 10 gms<br>Salt &#8211; 1 tspn<br>Vinegar &#8211; 10 ml<br>Egg &#8211; 1\/2 nos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cucumber &#8211; 100 gms<br>Small cabbage &#8211; 200 gms<br>Tomato &#8211; 200 gms<br>Onion -100 gms<br>Radish &#8211; 100 gms<br>Coriander leaves &#8211; 4 sprigs<br>Lime juice &#8211; 15 ml<br>Pepper powder &#8211; 1\/2 tspn<br>Garam masala &#8211; 1\/2 tspn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li>Clean and wash squid. Add salt and little vinegar.<\/li><li>Marinate prawns with green spices, salt and lime.<\/li><li>Mix egg to the prawn and stuff inside the prawns.<\/li><li>Seal the mouth and shallow fry in oil until the fish has cooked well. Cool.<\/li><li>Slice into 1&#8243; pieces.<\/li><li>Prepare the vegetables for salad into edible size and toss with the seasoning.<\/li><li>In a fish plate, arrange the squid pieces.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Accompaniment : Salad and herb sauce.<br>Cooking time : 45 mts.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s the recipe.
