{"id":840,"date":"2021-06-10T05:09:01","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T05:09:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=840"},"modified":"2021-06-10T05:09:02","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T05:09:02","slug":"prawn-lobster-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=840","title":{"rendered":"PRAWN\/ LOBSTER CURRY"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>What goes in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lobster \/ Prawn &#8211; 800 gms<br>Dry Coconut &#8211; 40 gms<br>Red Chilli &#8211; 10 gms<br>Coriander Seeds &#8211; 15 gms<br>Turmeric Powder &#8211; Half tspn<br>Shallot &#8211; 50 gms<br>Cumin &#8211; Half tspn<br>Salt &#8211; One and a half tspn<br>Tamarind Juice &#8211; 15 ml<br>Tomato &#8211; 150 gms<br>Green Chilli &#8211; 3 Nos<br>Tempering &#8211; 1 Recipe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Boil together Coconut, Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Shallot and Cumin until golden brown. Then grind into a fine paste with Tomato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mix the paste with above 500 ml of water, salt and tamarind juice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Put fish in the mixture and simmer covered for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.
