Marinate fish with salt, lime juice and garlic.<br>2. Heat oil and butter together.<br>3. Add dry nuts, coconut slices and stir until they start turning light brown.<br>4. Add fish and stir briskly. When cooked, add capsicum, saute for a minute and remove.<br>5.
