Marinate fish with the given ingredients.<br>2. Heat grill and cook fish on it until the grill mark forms on both sides. Glaze with oil.<br>3. Heat butter and add rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame.<br>4. Flambe with gin.<br>5. Toss the salad ingredients.<br>6.
