{"id":828,"date":"2021-06-10T05:04:47","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T05:04:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=828"},"modified":"2021-06-10T05:04:48","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T05:04:48","slug":"stuffed-crab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=828","title":{"rendered":"STUFFED CRAB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>What goes in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medium sized crab : 8 nos<br>Potatoes : 200 gms<br>Lime : 2 nos<br>Green chilly-crushed : 10 gms<br>Onion-chopped : 50 gms<br>Garlic-chopped : 4 cloves<br>Parsley-chopped : 20 gms<br>Salt : 3\/4 tspn<br>Butter : 50 gms<br>Garam masala : 1\/2 tspn<br>Spring onion shoots : 4 nos<br>Lettuce leaves : 4 nos<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How to prepare:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Boil cran in water for about 10 mts.<br>2. Flake and separate the meat, preserve the shell.<br>3. Boil and mash potatoes.<br>4. Heat 30 gms of butter and saute green chilly, garlic, onion and potato for 2 mts. Remove and cool.<br>5. Mix cooked ingredients, crab meat, garam masala, salt, lime juice, half of the butter, chopped parsley and fill in the shell uniformly.<br>6. Bake under salamander for 4-5 mts to light brown colour, finish the top with remaining butter.<br>7.
