Blanch mussels in water with wine and cloves. Seperate meat and clean well.<br>2. Heat 40 gms of butter in pan and saute onion, garlic and flour.<br>3. When the flour becomes pale, add milk, salt, pepper powder, garam masala and whisk well.<br>4. When it starts simmering add 300 ml of wine water and blanched mussels.<br>5.
