{"id":782,"date":"2021-06-10T04:43:42","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T04:43:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=782"},"modified":"2022-04-07T08:38:34","modified_gmt":"2022-04-07T08:38:34","slug":"fish-cutlet","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=782","title":{"rendered":"FISH CUTLET"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>WHAT GOES IN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fish-cleaned &#8211; 1\/2 kg<br>White wine &#8211; 50 ml<br>Potato &#8211; 250 gms<br>Onion chopped &#8211; 50 gms<br>Green chilly chopped &#8211; 10 gms<br>Butter &#8211; 50 gms<br>Salt &#8211; 5 gms<br>Pepper powder &#8211; 3 gms<br>Cumin powder &#8211; 1\/2 tspn<br>Lime juice &#8211; 10 ml<br>Coriander leaves chopped &#8211; 10 gms<br>Refined flour &#8211; 30 gms<br>Oil for frying &#8211; 100 ml<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HOW TO PREPARE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Poach fish in wine liquor until cooked then seperate the meat.<br>2. Boil potatoes and mash roughly.<br>3. Heat butter and saute onion and chilly for 3 mts and add into fish. Mix with remaining spices, seasonings, lime juice and coriander leaves.<br>4.
