Heat oil on a pan and saute together onion, garlic, ginger, red chilly paste, curry leaves until it turns into light brown colour and develops a roasted smell.<br>2. Add tomato and continue to saute until the tomato is well cooked.<br>3. Now, add the fish, salt, lime juice and 100 ml of water and cook carefully until the fish is well cooked and the excess water has evaporated.<br>4.
