Cut prawns into 1 inch long cubes and marinate with garlic, vinegar and pepper corns.<br>2. Heat oil to smoking hot. Dip prawns in beaten egg white and stir in the hot oil for 15 seconds.<br>3. Heat the edge of pan along with prawns and pour the brandy in it.<br>4.
