{"id":752,"date":"2021-06-10T04:30:29","date_gmt":"2021-06-10T04:30:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=752"},"modified":"2021-06-10T04:30:29","modified_gmt":"2021-06-10T04:30:29","slug":"fish-baked-with-potato-prawn-masala","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mpeda.gov.in\/indianseafood\/?p=752","title":{"rendered":"FISH BAKED WITH POTATO &#038; PRAWN MASALA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>WHAT GOES IN<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For fish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medium sized fish &#8211; 2 nos (each 300 gms)<br>Ginger &#8211; 10 gms<br>Garlic &#8211; 5 gms<br>Green chilly &#8211; 10 gms<br>Lime juice &#8211; 5 ml<br>Salt &#8211; 5 gms<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boiled diced potatoes &#8211; 200 gms<br>Shelled prawn &#8211; 200 gms<br>Corainer leaves &#8211; chopped &#8211; 10 gms<br>Lime juice &#8211; 5 ml<br>White wine &#8211; 20 ml<br>Green chilly &#8211; chopped &#8211; 5 gms<br>Salt &#8211; 5 gms<br>Butter &#8211; 30 gms<br>Pepper powder &#8211; 1\/2 tspn<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HOW TO PREPARE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Slit and seperate the central bone of fish without damaging the structure. Wash and drain.<br>2. Make a mixture of remaining ingredients and smear over the fish.<br>3. Heat butter and saute onion and green chilly in it.<br>4. After 2 mts, add prawns and stir well with salt &amp; pepper.<br>5. Put off fie and add potato and mix well. Add coriander leaves and white wine.<br>6. Fill the mixture on the fish and bake at 180.C for 30 minutes.<br>7.
